Judicial cautions

Keeping in mind the needs - proper of the Colombian judicial system -, CONFIANZA also grants judicial cautions - guarantee which is ordered by the entities that administer justice, granted in the course of a process or of a judicial procedure for some of the parties, with the purpose of protecting the counterpart or third parties, in respect of the prejudices that may arise from the application of a judicial measures;  and - on the other hand - guaranteeing the fulfillment of what has been ordered by a judge - based on the Colombian law.

The most frequent cautions correspond to the following articles: art. 513 of CPC, art. 519 of the CPC, art. 140 of the  CCA, art. 426 of the  CPC, art. 35 of Law 820, art. 683 of the  CPC and art. 687 of the  CPC.
