Being an Intermediary in Confianza is very easy; you only have to fulfill the following requirements:

If is it an Agent

An only form for linkage of Insurance Intermediaries; the original totally filled out with clear handwriting without corrections or erasures.
Original certificate of existence and legal representation with life no longer than 3 months.
Résumé with recent photograph.
Enlarged photocopy of cédula de ciudadanía - citizenship card.
Photocopy of RUT (Registro Único Tributario - Tax Only Register).
Photocopy of DIAN resolution where the invoicing for the ones that belong to the common regime is authorized.
Two (2) commercial references of the clients you represent.
Certificate from Insurance Company or certificates of courses (taken) on general insurances.

If it is an Agency or Insurance Broker

An only form for linkage of Insurance Intermediaries; the original totally filled out with clear handwriting without corrections or erasures.
Photocopy of deed of incorporation and reforms.
Original certificate of existence and legal representation with life no longer than 3 months.
Résumé of the Legal Representative with recent photograph.
Enlarged photocopy of cédula de ciudadanía - citizenship card of the Legal Representative.
Photocopy of RUT (Registro Único Tributario - Tax Only Register).
Photocopy of DIAN resolution where the invoicing for the ones that belong to the common regime is authorized.
Two (2) commercial references of the clients you represent.
Letter of Authorization for the broadening of the General Insurances Branch, issued by the Leader Company.
