The Federación de Aseguradores Colombianos - Colombian Insurers Federation - FASECOLDA, is the guild which during more than 35 years has grouped the insurance companies, reinsurance companies, and the capitalization societies in the whole National territory.

Cámara Colombiana de la Infraestructura - Colombian Infrastructure Chamber

The infrastructure sector felt  the absence - during recent years - of an only interlocutor before the Government and the public opinion who would defend the interests of the entrepreneurs, and watch over their strengthening and growth.  In view of this scenario, the Cámara Colombiana de la Infraestructura - Colombian Chamber of Infrastructure - (CCI)  is created, on June 10, 2003, as a result of the merge of some traditional guilds in this Country related to the Sector, such as la Asociación Colombiana de Ingenieros Constructores - Colombian Association of Constructing Engineers - (ACIC);  la Asociación Colombiana de Empresas de Ingeniería y Consultoría - Colombian Association of Engineering and Advisory Enterprises - (AICO);  la Asociación de Consultores de Colombia - Association of Consultants of Colombian - (ASCOL);  and la Asociación Colombiana de Concesionarios de Infraestructura y Servicios - Colombian Association of Infrastructure and Services Concessionaires - (CONCESIA), with the support of some private enterprises.

Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia - Financial Superintendence of Colombia -

The Financial Superintendence of Colombia arose from the merger of the Sperintendencia Bancaria de Colombia (Banking Superintendence of Colombia) into the Superintendencia de Valores - Superintendence of  Valuables -, according to what is established in article 1 of Decree 4327 of 2005.  The entity is a technical agency ascribed to the Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, having juridical legal capacity, administrative and financial autonomy and its own patrimony.

The National Department of Planning - DNP is an Administrative Department which belongs to the Executive Branch of the public power, and it is directly dependent on the Presidency of the Republic.

Acoas

The Asociación Colombiana de Corredores de Seguros - Colombian Association of Insurance Brokers - ACOAS - created in 1968, gathers important and representative enterprises of the insurance brokerage sector.

Portal único de contratación - Only portal of contracting -

It is an electronic system which allows the consulting of information on the contractual processes that manage the State entities - subject to the Contracting Regime established in the Estatuto General de Contratación - Contracting General Statute, as well as the ones that voluntarily cooperate with the spreading of the contractual activity.  The main objective of the portal is to foster the transparentness, efficiency and use of technologies in publications - on Internet - of the public acquisitions for the benefit of entrepreneurs, public agencies, and for the citizens in general;  as well as for the improvement of the ways of accessing to the information with respect to what the State buys and contracts - with the consequent economic impact that it generates for the small, average, and big enterprise, at the local and International levels.
